Job summary
Redgate’s Foundry seeks a mid or senior software engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for horizon-scanning, ideation, rapid prototyping and customer validation. You’ll work across AI-enabled projects with a Tech Lead and 4–6 engineers, using C#, TypeScript, Python and varied tools to explore new directions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience using AI coding tools.
- Strong software design and coding skills in C#, TypeScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LangGraph, Microsoft Agentic Framework, or MCP.
- Experience designing experiments to validate ideas quickly.
- Comfortable interviewing and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Product-minded with focus on user value and market fit.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning and ideation through early-stage research.
- Prototype rapidly and validate ideas with customers.
- Balance technical prototypes, customer interviews, and competitor teardowns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team across engineering, product and UX.
