Job summary

In an agile team, you will develop secure production code, review peers, and champion AI‑assisted engineering practices to raise quality, speed, and operational stability across the SDLC with a focus on responsible

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering.
Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficient in one or more programming languages.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
Knowledge of responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
Understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
Experience in the financial services IT domain.
Practical cloud native experience.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
Develops secure production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve value realization.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and teams on architectural designs and applicability.
