Simply Social is a growing social-first creative agency in London. We are looking for a Social Creative Lead to develop standout ideas and guide the London creative team from Shoreditch.

The role is hands-on and spans briefs, scripting, collaboration with creators, and feedback for ongoing content across campaigns, always-on work and partnerships. Hybrid setup with three days in Shoreditch.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing contribution to social work.
• Experience writing scripts for social video.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creators and internet culture.
• Ability to turn audience insights into creative work.

Responsibilities

• Take the creative lead on briefs and turn strategic thinking into social ideas.
• Write, pitch and collaborate with creators; guide execution for retained clients.
• Provide direction and constructive feedback to other creatives for always-on content.
• Lead development across social-first campaigns and reactive content.
• Review concepts, scripts and edits with actionable feedback.
• Present ideas to clients and contribute to new business pitches.
• Use performance insights to guide future creative and meet briefs, budgets and timelines.
