Job summary

The Silver Spoon Company is seeking a hands-on Social Content Lead to drive strategy and content across Silver Spoon, Billington's, Allinson's, Nourishd and Crusha. You will set the strategy with agencies, and also film, edit and publish content in-house while championing responsible AI.

You'll manage nano-creators and agencies, direct studio shoots, and produce social-first content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years leading social/content for consumer brands or fast-moving agencies.
Strong portfolio of social-first content you have personally filmed and edited.
Experience managing creators and agencies, from briefs and negotiation to approvals and usage rights.
Practical experience with generative AI and AI-assisted creation or editing tools.
Strong grasp of short-form video, social trends and performance data, with brand safety, disclosure, copyright and data protection.

Responsibilities

Social strategy & planning - own portfolio strategy, calendars, approvals and posting, protecting brand voice and legal standards.
Creators & agencies - manage nano-creator activity and usage rights, lead the content agency day to day and direct studio shoots.
In-house content - film, edit and publish social-first content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, including fast reactive and trend-led edits.
AI-enabled innovation - champion responsible AI across ideation, creation and optimisation, turning experiments into repeatable ways of working.
Community & commerce - work with Customer Services on communities and reputation risk, and create content for TikTok Shop, Amazon and shopper activity.
