HelloFresh and Green Chef are seeking a culturally switched-on Social Content Creator to shape organic content for TikTok and Instagram, while also building paid hooks that amplify what’s working. You’ll be a storyteller, capturing real moments and moving at the speed of culture.

You’ll film, edit, and ideate native content, collaborate with Creative Strategy, PR and product teams, and ensure two brand worlds stay distinct yet cohesive across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a social content, content creator, or digital media role.
• Excellent sense of culture and platform behavior; knows what’s trending.
• Confident in filming and editing across formats (short Reels, talking-head, documentary sequences).
• Able to hold two distinct brand worlds in head and create for both without conflating them.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content production for HelloFresh and Green Chef across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
• Spot trends and translate cultural moments into content relevant to the brands.
• Champion employee-generated and community content to feel human and real.
• Write captions and engage in the comments to build a following and conversation.
• Build and maintain distinct brand worlds for HelloFresh and Green Chef, platform-native and fresh.
• Convert organic learnings into paid hooks and short-form ad formats.
