Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead SMT production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate daily SMT Process Team activities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Stores for materials and tooling.
• Ensure builds meet defined standards and quality requirements.
• Support new product introductions and changes.
• Monitor OEE and KPIs, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity, quality and cost.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
