Damicor Ltd is recruiting a Site Supervisor to support water utilities and mains renewal projects across South London, North London and the Thames Valley. You will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

The role offers a permanent position with an established utilities contractor plus an attractive benefits package and scope to work on major Thames Water renewal programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within utilities or civil engineering.
• Experience on water infrastructure, clean water networks or mains renewal projects.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities across water utilities and mains renewal projects.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures and project specifications.
• Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or issues to site management.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure risk assessments, method statements and permits are followed.
• Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.
• Liaise with Site Managers, project teams and client representatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
