Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead water utilities and mains renewal projects across South London, North London and the Thames Valley. The role focuses on delivering clean water infrastructure safely, efficiently and to exact standards, reporting to site management and coordinating teams on site.

You'll work within Thames Water frameworks, oversee day-to-day site activities, maintain records and push for high quality and strong safety performance while developing your supervision

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Experience on water infrastructure or mains renewal projects.
• Strong health and safety understanding.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities on water utilities and mains renewal projects.
• Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Ensure works meet health and safety procedures and project specs.
• Monitor progress and report delays to site management.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure risk assessments, method statements and permits are followed.
• Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.
• Liaise with Site Managers, project teams and client representatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture across site activities.
