Job summary

Damicor Ltd is recruiting for a Site Supervisor to deliver water utilities and mains renewal projects across South London, North London and the Thames Valley. You will lead site activities, coordinate crews and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role offers a permanent opportunity with an established contractor and a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits, with projects across the Thames Water frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in utilities or civil engineering.
• Experience on water infrastructure, clean water networks or mains renewal projects.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities across water utilities and mains renewal projects.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Ensure works follow health and safety procedures and project specs.
• Monitor progress against programme and report delays or issues to site management.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure risk assessments, method statements and permits are followed.
• Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.
• Liaise with Site Managers, project teams and client representatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
