Job summary

Damicor Ltd in London is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to support the delivery of clean water infrastructure and mains renewal projects across London. You will work alongside experienced Site Engineers, Site Managers and Supervisors on site-based settings.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to setting-out, surveying and interpretation of drawings, with a clear path for professional development in civil engineering and utilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Genuine interest in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, surveying and setting-out principles.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting out and surveying activities across water infrastructure and mains renewal projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Support Site Engineers and Site Managers with day-to-day technical duties.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure works meet drawings and project specs.
• Assist with quality inspections, testing and maintaining site records.
• Help identify technical issues and potential delays.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and project management to support delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety procedures.
