Refresco Bridgwater is seeking a Site Scheduling & Planning Manager to lead a team of four and take overall responsibility for production planning, scheduling and material availability at the Bridgwater site.

Working with the Central Supply Team and site stakeholders, you will align production with customer demand and inventory requirements, manage supply risks, and drive collaboration across Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain and NPD to deliver excellent service.

Qualificações

• Experience as Planning or Scheduling Manager in a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG.
• Strong production planning and inventory management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and people leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Scheduling & Planning team, developing production schedules that balance demand, capacity and inventory.
• Manage finished goods, raw materials and packaging availability to ensure efficient production and service levels.
• Drive waste reduction and scheduling efficiency through forecasting improvements and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate downtime planning, new product launches and changes, ensuring risks are managed and communicated.
• Proactively identify supply and service risks while working with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
• Lead, coach and develop the Scheduling & Planning team with a focus on health, safety and environment.
