Job summary

Refresco is seeking an MRP Coordinator to ensure production schedules are met by timely ordering and delivery of materials to UK sites, balancing stock with production needs and supporting supply chain improvements.

You will report to the Materials Purchasing Manager, analyse MRP requirements, resolve shortages, manage stock and supplier relationships, and contribute to cost control and waste reduction in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRP or Supply Chain planning.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and execute MRP requirements to meet production plans.
• Identify and resolve material shortages, expediting orders as needed.
• Investigate shortages, implement corrective actions, and elevate if required.
• Monitor overdue deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
• Manage stock levels, forward orders, and site-to-site transfers to prevent overstocking and obsolescence.
• Provide forecasts to suppliers and stock data for project managers.
• Monitor expiring batches and adjust production to minimize waste.
• Attend supplier meetings and support continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain MRP Master Data in SAP/IREN for efficiency and automation.
• Support MRP Administrator with OTIF data, RORI, and holiday coverage
