Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate operations across multiple Anglian Water sites. You will drive safety, quality and programme adherence while managing resources, subcontractors and cost controls.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will ensure STO handover readiness and effective collaboration with the Delivery Assurance team to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Qualified civil/construction engineer or equivalent with site delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams on complex projects.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and environmental management on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities aligned with the construction programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, resources and materials on site.
• Ensure safe, efficient delivery and high-quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and approve site expenditure in line with governance.
• Review RAMS and manage plant and materials for performance.
• Support project handover to safe-to-operate standards.
• Collaborate with project delivery for reporting and risk management.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
