Connolly Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead social housing refurbishment projects across occupied homes, delivering kitchen and bathroom replacements and internal refurbishments. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating works within occupied properties, liaising with residents and stakeholders to maintain a positive experience and delivering improvements that benefit communities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction/refurbishment/planned works.
• Experience delivering projects within social housing and occupied properties.
• Strong leadership skills managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Confident overseeing programme delivery, quality, health & safety, and site performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to resolve issues effectively.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage social housing refurbishment projects from start to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely, on time and to budget.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, resources and materials.
• Monitor quality, carry out inspections and ensure defects are resolved.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, including site inductions, RAMS and toolbox talks.
• Track project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with residents and stakeholders to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate site records and proactively resolve site issues.
