Connolly Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Social Housing team in Huddersfield and surrounding areas. You will lead site teams, coordinate residents and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget across refurbishment works in occupied properties.

Ideal candidates have proven site management experience in social housing, strong leadership and communication skills, and hold SMSTS and First Aid at Work, plus a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in social housing/refurbishment.
• Experience delivering works in occupied properties.
• Strong leadership and communication with stakeholders.
• Candidates should hold SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
• CSCS card and asbestos awareness desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage social housing refurbishment projects from start to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely, on time and to budget.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, resources and materials.
• Monitor quality, carry out inspections and resolve defects.
• Ensure health & safety procedures, inductions, RAMS and toolbox talks.
• Track progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with residents and stakeholders to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate site records and proactively resolve site issues.
