Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major Brighton project, with focus on RC frame, piling and groundworks. You will coordinate multiple packages and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery.

The role requires a proven track record on large construction sites, strong leadership, and the ability to drive progress across complex packages while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
Strong experience with RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
Ability to manage multiple packages and drive programme delivery.

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
Overseeing subcontractors, site teams and daily construction activities.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
Coordinating trades and maintaining effective communication across the project team.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
Reporting on progress and supporting the successful delivery of key milestones.
