24‑7 Staffing Limited is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee RC frame and groundworks on a major West Sussex site valued at £10–£15m. The contract role is day-rate and DOE.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and manage programmes, budgets and safety to deliver projects on time and to high standards.

Desirable qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and a construction management degree.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong RC frame and groundworks knowledge and hands-on delivery.
• Experience managing projects valued between £10m and £15m.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage programmes, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Desirable SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and degree qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of RC frame and groundworks packages.
• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor programmes to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, costs and resources to maintain commercial performance.
• Liaise with Construction Managers, engineers and senior management.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to management.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout project delivery.
