Redrock Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Site Manager to lead bespoke residential projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on delivering mega homes with top finishes, while maintaining schedule and budget, and requires commuting to Milford Haven.

You will oversee on-site teams, supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, coordinate procurement, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders in a high-end construction environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong supervisory background and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Relevant construction management qualifications or certificates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee residential construction from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed project schedules and supervise on-site teams.
• Ensure safety standards, building codes, and environmental policies are met.
• Monitor progress, inspect quality, and address deviations proactively.
• Prepare progress reports and support project meetings with accurate data.
• Coordinate procurement and manage material deliveries and inventory.
• Foster a collaborative, safe, and continuously improving site culture.
