Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a high-caliber Site Manager for a premier luxury residential contractor to oversee a one-off private estate in South Devon over a 3-year construction phase.

The role requires a hands-on, visible manager who drives trades, manages complex finishes, and maintains strict safety standards on a site with bespoke architectural details.

Candidates must be SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified and be able to base themselves locally for the duration.

Qualifications

• Proactive & driven on-site leader.
• Strong grasp of high-end finishes and structural work.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.
• Based in or willing to travel to South Devon for 3-year project.
• 3-year continuous engagement on landmark private project.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on site daily with subcontractors.
• Enforce exact standards across complex finishes.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics, deliveries, and site access.
• Drive performance and accountability across trades.
• Maintain RAMS compliance and site safety.
