Job summary

RedRock Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-value residential build in Milford Haven. You will drive delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality finishes and adherence to timelines on bespoke mega-home projects for high-net-worth clients.

You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintain safety and reporting standards, and coordinate schedules and procurement to keep the project on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong supervisory skills with diverse on-site teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential sites from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed project schedules.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet safety and quality.
• Monitor daily activities for safety, codes, and environmental standards.
• Inspect sites regularly and address deviations promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation for meetings.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and inventory control.
• Lead on-site problem solving and implement effective solutions.
