Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Project Manager in the Anglian Water region with hybrid working to oversee multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery, quality, water and safety standards, in line with legislation and governance. You will lead a team from Engineers to Commercial staff and drive proactive problem solving.

You will manage projects end-to-end, ensure safe, commercially viable outcomes, and collaborate across alliances to meet deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications

• Possessing recent experience in the Water industry.
• IOSH qualification and APMP qualification are preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assure CDM compliance of each scheme and champion a Zero-Harm culture.
• Create and maintain a high-performing team culture across Engineers and Commercial staff.
• Translate Programme level strategy into tangible outcomes for the team.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from scoping to handover and warranty issue resolution.
• Coordinate cost and resource forecasts with Commercial and Planning teams for accuracy.
