Job summary

Caval Limited in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Site Manager for a high-end refurbishment project, overseeing 7 luxury apartments. You will report to the Contracts Manager, lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure strict health and safety compliance.

SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers Card are essential, as is experience with Procore and subcontractor management on luxury builds.

Qualifications

• Fit Out & Refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site management

Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working closely with the Contracts Manager.
• Procore / Breadcrumb Experience.
• Lead the day-to-day running of a high-end refurbishment project consisting of 7 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain the project programme.
• Carry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Review RAMS and issue permits where required.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and assist with short-term and weekly look-ahead planning.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the refurbishment.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily records, work orders, purchase orders and RFIs.
• Coordinate inspections, handovers and sign-offs to ensure allocated areas are completed to the required standard.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and report progress, issues and programme risks.
