Fortel Services Ltd is seeking a Ganger to coordinate and supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will brief teams, check plant and PPE, and ensure permits are in place.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, enforcing safety, monitoring progress, managing resources, and communicating with site management and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS certification required.
• CSCS Gold Card indicates high competency.
• Proven leadership of site teams.
• Strong health and safety track record.

Responsabilités

• Site Supervision & Coordination: manage daily activities and lead operatives to milestones.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: enforce safety regs and brief teams regularly.
• Quality Control & Progress Monitoring: inspect work and ensure specs and drawings are met.
• Resource & Material Management: coordinate deliveries and equipment usage.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: liaison with clients and management; report progress.
