Griffiths Ltd. is seeking a Ganger to supervise a gang of operatives on civil engineering projects in the UK. You will lead by example, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery and adherence to project specifications and Griffiths' standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to read site drawings. CSCS/NPORS cards and relevant supervisory training are preferred to support safe and efficient work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Ganger or lead operative in construction/civil engineering.
• Strong communication to give clear instructions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Ability to read site drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a gang of operatives, ensuring safe, timely delivery of site activities.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance with RAMS and procedures.
• Coordinate on-site operations, materials, and equipment with the Supervisor.
• Support planning and daily/weekly work with clear communication.
