Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Site Agent / Project Manager for a major Kiln Lane substation project in Uttlesford, Essex. You will lead a team of engineers, utilise Digital Engineering to create Visual Method Statements, and ensure temporary works procedures are followed to deliver high-quality infrastructure on time and within budget.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering qualification with proven large-scale infrastructure delivery experience and Temporary Works expertise.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering or recognised equivalent with construction delivery experience.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects and temporary works.
• Proven ability to implement method statements and risk assessments.

Mansioni

• Utilise Digital Engineering models to produce Visual Method Statements and Visual Task sheets.
• Ensure compliance with Temporary Works procedures across projects.
• Determine appropriate dimensional control methods and transfer data from 3D CAD.
• Define scope of as-built surveys and ensure survey reports meet specs.
• Produce and manage ITPs addressing contract obligations.
• Lead a team of Engineers and oversee procurement and design processes.
