Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Senior Engineer for a major project in Central London. The role supports the Site Manager, acts as the on-site technical adviser, and leads setting out, QA checks and coordination with groundworks and concrete frame subcontractors.

You will read reinforcement drawings, call off reinforcement from schedules, maintain daily QA records, and ensure all materials and works comply with the specifications and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in engineering or related discipline.
• Current CSR/CSCS Card.
• Minimum of 6 years postgraduate experience.
• Experience setting out £10m+ structures.
• Ability to read reinforcement drawings.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors (groundworks and concrete frame).
• Setting out, levelling, surveying, QA and temporary works coordination.
• Checking plans, drawings and setting out coordination.
• Calling off reinforcement from schedules and reading reinforcement drawings.
• Detailed daily/weekly QA record keeping.
• Ensuring materials and works meet specifications.
