Minster Law is recruiting a Senior Associate in the Serious Injury team to handle complex RTA claims and shape case strategy. You will lead a team with assistants and paralegals, focusing on liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement matters with autonomy and high-quality outcomes.

The role targets experienced serious injury practitioners, offering time and support to handle complex work with limited pressure from billing targets, within a 35-hour week culture and strong client focus.

Qualificações

• 8+ years’ PQE or equivalent senior-level experience in serious injury.
• Proven track record of leading complex serious injury matters.
• Excellent technical capability and knowledge of litigation and court procedure.
• Strong track record of high-quality client care.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
• Strong commercial awareness and professional judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of complex serious injury claims from initial strategy to resolution.
• Lead on liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payment and settlement strategy.
• Work closely with clients, families, counsel, medical experts and other specialists.
• Provide direction, oversight and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Contribute to high standards of technical quality, collaboration and client service.
