Scope AT Limited is seeking Lead/Senior Software Engineers to own the core and documentation platforms for a financial services client. You will build cloud-native distributed systems on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, coding in TypeScript/Node.js with React (Lead) or Java/Kotlin (Senior).

You will work on Kafka-driven integrations and REST APIs, ensuring reliability, observability, and rapid incident response. London-based with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Experience building distributed cloud-native systems.
• AWS and Kubernetes experience.
• Financial Services domain experience is a bonus.

Our client, a leading Tech provider to global financial institutions, requires a Lead Engineer to own its documentation platform and a Senior Engineer to own its core platform services. Structured products knowledge is a real bonus, but isn't essential.

You'll be:

• Building cloud-native distributed systems (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Developing in TypeScript/Node.js with React (Lead) or Java/Kotlin (Senior)
• Building event-driven integrations with Kafka and REST APIs
• Owning production reliability, observability and incident response
• Leading architecture, engineering standards and mentoring
• Taking part in production support
