Job summary

Contract Scotland is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major 600-unit residential development in Glasgow. You will oversee all operational, programme, commercial, and health & safety aspects of the project.

Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants and subcontractors, you will drive quality, performance and delivery through the lifecycle of the development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major 600-unit residential development in Glasgow.
• Manage project programme, budgets, quality, and operational performance.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges.
• Drive programme efficiencies while maintaining exceptional build quality.
• Provide leadership and mentoring across the wider project team.
