Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Estimator or Estimator role within utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Proven track record of winning tenders and profitable projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and pricing.
• Ability to develop estimates from first principles and interpret documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender process from enquiry through submission and handover.
• Develop competitive cost estimates and assess risks and opportunities.
• Review technical and contractual requirements for bids.
• Provide leadership to the estimating team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
