Job summary

Wood Care Group in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, medication rounds, and to lead shifts. You will assist with washing, dressing, meals and social activities, ensuring dignity and holistic care for physical, psychological and social needs.

We welcome applicants with Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent; training is provided. Prior care-home experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent; training provided
• Experience in a care home is desirable but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
