Aspire People is assisting a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Croydon to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher to establish a new SEN provision.

You will work with the SENCO, leaders, teaching assistants and families to create an inclusive, ambitious environment where every child can flourish.

The role offers the chance to shape practice from the ground up, with professional development and collaboration at the heart of the school.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Strong understanding of teaching for children with additional needs.
• Experience with autism, communication needs, sensory needs, social and emotional needs.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• High expectations while meeting individual developmental needs.
• Collaborative work with teaching assistants.
• Reflective and resilient practitioner.
• Ability to shape a new SEN provision within a mainstream school.
