Job summary

Fractile seeks a senior Semiconductor Test Engineering leader to drive manufacturing test strategy and silicon production readiness for next‑generation AI accelerator devices. You will oversee all aspects of production test development—from DFT strategy to silicon characterization and yield optimization—leading internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 8+ years in semiconductor test, deep DFT knowledge, and experience with ATE systems like Advantest 93K or Teradyne.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor test engineering with leadership or technical lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of DFT (scan, ATPG, LBIST, MBIST) and high‑speed interface testing.
• Experience managing external test development partners or OSATs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test software architecture, DFT usage, and test pattern development for high‑speed logic, SRAM, DRAM, and HSIO blocks.
• Oversee production test development from design-for-test to yield improvement and test coverage.
• Manage subcontracted test development partners with scope, schedule, and quality control.
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies, automation, data analytics, and debug infrastructure.
