Job summary

Fractile is recruiting for a senior system test lead to own the architecture and execution of tests for AI accelerator servers. You will coordinate hardware, firmware, OS, and management layer testing to ensure scalable, reliable validation across racks and field deployments.

You will build automation, drive test strategy in manufacturing, and collaborate with hardware, software, and silicon teams to embed testability and diagnostics in OpenBMC/Redfish-based platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system-level or server validation, test engineering, or QA.
• Strong understanding of server architectures and firmware interactions.
• Experience validating high-speed IO subsystems (PCIe Gen4/5/6).

Responsibilities

• Define the system-level test strategy for an AI accelerator server platform.
• Lead design and implementation of tests on servers and full-rack configurations.
• Deploy system test suites in manufacturing for high throughput and repeatability.
• Define and deliver field diagnostics, remote test suites, and health checks.
• Embed testability across hardware, firmware, OS, and management frameworks.
• Drive test integration into OpenBMC, Redfish, and platform-management frameworks.
• Develop automation tooling across multiple OS environments.
• Coordinate with rack integration teams and establish KPIs for test coverage.
