Job summary

Fractile is hiring a Test Engineer in Bristol to own the strategy and development of test solutions for high-volume production boards that integrate multiple AI chips. Responsibilities include defining the end-to-end test strategy, leading design and deployment, and managing external partners.

The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in board/PCBA test engineering and strong hands-on skills in functional testing and automated manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in board/PCBA test engineering with ownership of high-volume production test solutions.
• Experience defining test strategies for complex digital boards with high-speed IO.
• Strong hands-on experience with functional testers, fixture development, and automated manufacturing test flows.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end board/PCBA test strategy for complex boards.
• Develop detailed test requirements and manufacturing test specifications.
• Lead the design and deployment of the board/PCBA test solution.
