Job summary

• Experience in vehicle and seat testing is essential.
• Knowledge of seat-related legal requirements.
• Experience with DFMEA, 6-sigma, and 8D quality tools.
• Strong planning and prioritisation of tasks.
• Team player with collaborative mindset across functions.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Seating engineering project work from concept to production.
• Provide technical support to meet targets for engineering, quality and cost.
• Present seating engineering results at senior reviews.
• Address issues from reviews and improve timing plans.
• Interface with Package, Analysis, Manufacturing, DVA and others.
• Support development of surfaces and design reviews.
