Job summary

RLE INTERNATIONAL Produktentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH is seeking a Delivery Engineer (Component Owner) to design and develop elastomeric components, suspension bushes and powertrain mounts from concept through to production. You will work with the Technical Lead and cross-program engineers to deliver components across vehicle model lines.

The role requires strong collaboration with CAE, suppliers and Vehicle Attribute teams, with emphasis on planning, prioritisation and delivering Right First

Qualifications

• Experience in chassis component engineering within automotive OEM or supplier.
• Knowledge of elastomeric or hydraulic mounts and sub-components/functions.
• Working knowledge of VIS Mockup and Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Support the design & release of powertrain mounts & suspension bushes.
• Collaborate with CAE team to generate elastomeric layouts to meet performance targets.
• Assist development of performance targets for subframes and powertrain brackets from prototype to production.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Work with cross-program teams to deploy components across vehicle lines.
• Support DFMEAs, quality history reviews, robustness studies, DVP and final engineering sign-off.
