Compass Group PLC is seeking a Chef Manager for Queens Park Community School. You will lead the catering operation, oversee the kitchen team, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, safety and allergen compliance during term-time.

Qualifications

• 2 years catering experience minimum.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergen compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day catering operation.
• Prepare, cook and serve fresh food to standard.
• Motivate and develop the catering team.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and service.
• Manage ordering, stock, deliveries and storage.
• Control food costs and minimise waste.
• Complete catering paperwork and records.
• Liaise with school, customers and wider team.
