Accent Catering Services Ltd is seeking a Chef Manager for our independent school site in Richmond TW9. The role offers £40,112 per annum, a 40-hour week Monday to Friday, term time only, with evenings and weekends off to support work-life balance.

You will lead the kitchen operation, plan menus, ensure quality and compliance, manage stock and budgets, and develop a talented team to deliver nutritious, appealing meals for students in a busy educational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a school/education kitchen.
• Strong team leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience in menu planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Solid food safety, health & safety and allergen management knowledge.
• Passion for high-quality meals and customer service.
