Job summary

Claires Court School in Maidenhead seeks an experienced School Estates Manager to lead the estates operations across three campuses, ensuring buildings, grounds and transport are well maintained, compliant and fit for purpose.

The role reports to the Head/Director of Estates and requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and contractor management, with safeguarding and health-and-safety priorities throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site estates or facilities operations.
• Experience in regulated environments (education/healthcare/hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and building compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estates, Maintenance, Caretaking and Transport teams.
• Manage daily operation of buildings and infrastructure.
• Develop planned preventative maintenance programmes and oversee repairs.
