Qualifications

• Experience of large-scale catering.

• Flexibility with start/finish times to support different unit services.
• Good understanding of allergen laws.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with menus and production plans.
• Direct and/or supervise other employees.
• Order supplies and store deliveries.
• Maintain records and stock control.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and related documentation.
• Conduct catering inductions for new staff.
