This hands‑on leadership role oversees safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, ensuring adherence to safety requirements and project plans.

The ideal candidate has strong scaffolding experience, proven leadership, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DMV checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous scaffolding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Commitment to safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site activities and supervise the crew.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are available.
• Oversee safety, health, and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate priorities with crews.
• Maintain equipment and transport scaffolding components.
• Assist with installing and dismantling scaffolding as required.
• Record timesheets and assist with jobsite documentation.
