Job summary

ONLi Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to lead our safety programme across a fast-paced scaffolding operation in the South East. You will develop, implement and monitor policies, deliver coaching, audits and incident investigations, and work with senior teams to drive a strong safety culture.

A Tech IOSH and a current CITB Scaffolders card are essential, with proven team leadership.

Qualifications

Tech IOSH qualification as a baseline safety credential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current CITB Scaffolders card (Basic or Advanced).
Experience managing a team.
Able to communicate at all levels within the business.
Able to draft accurate reports, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Promote and implement health and safety behaviour change within the business.
Provide coaching and technical support to Managers and Operatives on health, safety and environment.
Audit and assess current safety standards, identify gaps and improvements.
Take action on any works posing uncontrolled risk.
Ensure compliance with current and incoming legislation and provide corrective advice.
