Job summary

Anglian Water seeks a Lead Business Analyst to head SAP-focused business analysis for major transformation initiatives. You will guide discovery, requirements, and design, while leading a team of senior analysts to deliver complex SAP-enabled change across the organisation.

You will partner with programme leaders, change experts, and Digital, Data & Technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into precise SAP requirements and value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive business analysis experience in large-scale IT-enabled change programmes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and grow a BA/leadership team.
• Strong discovery, requirements management and process-m mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP change and transformation programmes across Anglian Water.
• Set standards for discovery, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coach and develop the BA team; manage stakeholders and dependencies.
• Bridge business needs and IT delivery; ensure SAP delivery aligns with requirements.
• Support testing, deployment and business readiness across programmes.
