Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (SAP) to steer the SAP analysis capability across large-scale transformation programmes. You will lead a team of Senior and Business Analysts, set standards for discovery and requirements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver right outcomes.

Circa £65,000 (depending on skills and experience)PermanentFull Time / 37 Hours (Flexible working opportunities available)Huntingdon or LincolnDouble Matched Pension Scheme (up to 21% combined)Private HealthcareMake every drop of your potential count!We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst (SAP) to lead Anglian Water's SAP business analysis team and play a key role in delivering complex transformation and change across the organisation.Business analysis is critical to understanding the challenges we need to solve, defining clear requirements and ensuring new systems and processes deliver the right outcomes. In this role, you'll lead the capability supporting projects from early discovery through design, build, testing and business readiness, with a particular focus on SAP-enabled change and large-scale business transformation.You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, providing expert business analysis on our most complex programmes while leading and developing a team of Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts.
