We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst (SAP) to lead Anglian Water's SAP business analysis team and play a key role in delivering complex transformation and change across the organisation. Business analysis is critical to understanding the challenges we need to solve, defining clear requirements and ensuring new systems and processes deliver the right outcomes. In this role, you'll lead the capability supporting projects from early discovery through design, build, testing and business readiness, with a particular focus on SAP-enabled change and large-scale business transformation. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, providing expert business analysis on our most complex programmes while leading and developing a team of Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts. Working closely with programme leaders, process specialists, change professionals, product owners and Digital, Data and Technology teams, you'll ensure business needs are understood, translated and delivered consistently.
