Job summary

CRU International is seeking an in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce functionality, from gathering requirements to implementation and documentation.

You’ll partner with stakeholders and the Enterprise Platform team to build scalable solutions, maintain integrations, and stay current with Salesforce releases, ensuring well-documented designs and robust, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce System Administrator.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Proven experience delivering new functionality end-to-end in a Salesforce environment.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new functionality as the sole Salesforce Technical Analyst.
• Partner with Salesforce colleagues and business stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes.
• Work with the Enterprise Platform team to establish and embed a best-practice delivery framework.
• Set up, maintain, and support integrations with enterprise systems, including APIs and web services.
• Maintain and update installed packages.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities.
• Document custom solutions, technical designs, processes, and workflows.

About the role:

As CRU’s in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of new Salesforce functionality, from understanding business needs through to implementation and documentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to improve delivery practices, support enterprise integrations, and ensure solutions are scalable and well maintained.

Job Requirements
