Job summary

CRU International seeks a Salesforce Technical Analyst to own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce functionality, from understanding business needs through to implementation and documentation. You will work with stakeholders and tech teams to improve delivery practices and support enterprise integrations.

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, maintain integrations, and stay current with Salesforce releases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as Salesforce System Administrator.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce functionality.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and web services.
• Gathers and documents requirements, business processes and workflows.
• Salesforce CPQ architecture experience.

Responsibilities

As CRU's in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of new Salesforce functionality, from understanding business needs through to implementation and documentation. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to improve delivery practices, support enterprise integrations, and ensure solutions are scalable and well maintained.,

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new functionality as the sole Salesforce Technical Analyst.
• Partner with Salesforce colleagues and business stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes.
• Work with the Enterprise Platform team to establish and embed a best-practice delivery framework.
• Set up, maintain, and support integrations with enterprise systems, including APIs and web services.
• Maintain and update installed packages.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities.
• Document custom solutions, technical designs, processes, and workflows.
• At least 2 years' experience working as a Salesforce System Administrator.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Proven experience delivering new functionality end-to-end in a Salesforce environment.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.
