You will be a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information, orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the internal sales administration team.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and manage delivery issues.
• Ensure sales enquiries are handled promptly.
• Oversee communication between customer service, sales and operations.
• Track quotations and customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Anticipate issues and implement proactive solutions.
