Qualifications
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with current registration.
- Senior or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical nursing skills across small animal practice.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Motivated to develop and inspire others and uphold high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the nursing team.
- Deliver nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures.
- Support surgeries, consultations and inpatient care.
- Manage patient admissions, monitoring and discharges.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.
- Drive exceptional client service and patient care.
- Support training and professional development across the team.
